A probe by the special investigative unit, the Hawks, into the financial affairs of Julius Malema, has allegedly uncovered prima facie evidence of wrongdoing relating to the awarding of tenders to companies with close ties to the ANC Youth League leader in his home province of Limpopo.

The Sunday Independent has learnt that it was no longer a case of “if” there was a case for Malema to answer, but a matter of “when” he was likely to be hauled before a court. Sources close to the criminal investigation into Malema said he faced cases of corruption, fraud and money laundering which mirror the cases President Jacob Zuma faced before ascending to the Union Buildings.
The Hawks were investigating, among others, the Ratanang Family Trust, named after his son, which Malema allegedly used as a conduit for bribes, a company owned by Maropeng Ramohlale, the mother of his son, and others that are run by Malema’s friends.
The Sunday Independent was informed that several of Malema’s acquaintances had approached the Hawks requesting co-operation, instead of being arrested.
The source said the case against Malema relied heavily on SMSes exchanged between him and several businessmen. “You must know that businessmen do not want to spend a day in prison. Once you visit them, they tell you the whole story and produce the evidence to corroborate their story,” said the source.
In February 2010, SGL Engineering Projects, a company Malema owned with his friend Lesiba Gwangwa, won tenders worth millions of rand from municipalities across Limpopo. Gwangwa is also the chief executive officer of On Point, a company that was paid R52 million in 2009 to administer the programme management unit of the Limpopo Roads and Transport Department for a period of three years.
On Point is a sister company of SGL Engineering, which started out as Segwalo Consulting Engineers in 2002, and the Ratanang Family Trust has a stake in On Point. Malema resigned as a director of SGL Engineering last year.
Ramohlale has two companies registered under her name – Ratamaropeng Construction and Projects and Bondu Engineering Contractors.
The Hawks have two investigators probing Malema while Public Protector Thuli Madonsela has three. Madonsela’s spokesman, Oupa Segalwe, said their investigation into Malema’s business interests was ongoing.
“Up to so far,” he said, “we have collected documents, identified some of the witnesses and agreed with the Hawks on the approach. We will be getting three investigators to help expedite the case.”
The investigations into Malema started when his lavish lifestyle, expensive parties and houses came to the fore, with many questioning how he managed all these things on his youth league salary.
The Sunday Independent broke the story of his R3m house that was destroyed to make way for a bigger mansion, believed to be worth about R16m.
Hawks spokesman McIntosh Polela refused to comment on the investigation: “We are not giving updates on investigations.”
The Hawks have reportedly collected enough documents which point to money laundering, fraud and corruption involving the league leader. The officials – who spoke on condition of anonymity – said immediately after AfriForum’s complaint, the Hawks applied for a court order, requesting it to grant them the power to obtain Malema’s bank records, his cellphone accounts and the list of companies registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, be they under his name or those of his allies.
“We got SMSes. You could see from the records that there was a request for money and it then gets deposited the next day. Malema has made a lot of enemies and most of them are willing to talk.
“Some have approached the Hawks with information and the Hawks have told them to wait until they finalise their investigation,” said the official. During their investigation, the Hawks apparently found a lot of companies registered under Malema and his associates, with “big money moving from one account to another”.
“There’s huge amounts of monies amounting to millions of rand moving from one account to the other,” the official said.
In August this year, a few days after the ANC charged Malema with sowing divisions and bringing the ruling party into disrepute, the Hawks confirmed that they were probing Malema for corruption and fraud.
At the time, the Hawks said the probe was preliminary. In July, Malema said he was not engaged in illegal activities.
“Why would I form a trust to do illegal activities and put my child in that trust and my grandmother in that trust?”
Polela said afterwards the investigative unit had, from the information at their disposal, “enough to tell us that we need to do a full investigation because there’s a lot that tells us that we have reason to worry”.
He said the Hawks investigation was related to the Ratanang Family Trust and other companies linked to him.
“There are a lot of companies that are involved that we need to look into and their finances and how those finances come in and get out and what those finances are used for,” Polela said then.
In May 2008, Malema was controversially elected as the league’s president and, weeks later, the Ratanang Family Trust was registered at the Pretoria office of the Master of the High Court.

Census 2011: Were you counted or did you take a stand?

By Mike Smith
29th of October 2011

I see Statistics SA says that 97% of houses have been visited and counted.

It is not just about counting the sheep, but also checking how much wool they have and which ones can be fleeced the best.

Three white families in the entire Pretoria took a stand and said, “Stick your census forms where the sun doesn’t shine end get the hell off our properties...”

Well, not quite, but something to that effect. I take my hat off to them.

Incidentally they are all from Waterkloof, the rich man’s suburb of Pretoria, so it seems these are not stupid people.

It fills my heart with joy to see that there are still some intelligent white people left who are willing to take a stand and defy the criminal ANC government.

Three families are not much, but we have to start small. Baby steps...

Nevertheless, let’s look and see how the ANC will misuse these statistics to nail whites in the next few months and years. They will use it to “prove” whites are affluent and blacks are poor; that whites are still the bourgeoisie and blacks the proletariat...and that will give them the right to tax and steal more from whites.

They will use it to prove that whites own the most property, the most businesses, have the highest incomes, etc...mark my words. The day will still come that whites will wish they never filled out the 2011 census forms.

When the ANC comes and forces you to accept ten Lumpenproletariat blacks to live in your house, then you will know what the census statistics were all about. It happened in other Socialist countries and it will happen in SA.

If you do not know what Lumpenprols are... these are not Sipho and Sophie, the live in maid and gardener variety or so called “good” blacks that white South Africans feed, clothe and pay on a daily, these are your drug dealers, prostitutes, released criminals, beggars...the dregs of the proletariat...The ones ordinary blacks do not even want to be associated with...That day you will understand what Socialism is.

3 families charged over census
2011-10-28 10:07

Pretoria - Criminal charges have been brought against three families in the upmarket area of Waterkloof in Pretoria, after they refused to fill in their census forms.

Statistician General Pali Lehohla laid the charges of non-compliance at the Brooklyn police station on Thursday.

The cases are being investigated by a detective.

Lehohla said on Thursday night that the Statistics Act (Act 6 of 1999) allowed him to act against people who refused to take part in the population and household census.

"Article 16 of the act makes it compulsory for a respondent to answer all questions that an official from Statistics South Africa asks them," said Lehohla.

"The data is used only for statistical purposes and no one, not even the president, can gain access to it on an individual level."

Lehohla said Statistics South Africa would only use criminal proceedings as a last resort.

Thoughts on Uhuru and the Economic Freedom Revolution

So, Julias Malema’s 50km “Mother of all Marches”
is over ...and whites can breathe again...especially the rich ones in Sandton who were threatened by Malema that the blacks were going to come and take the cheese out of their fridges.

None of it actually happened. The marchers were quite disciplined...I use the term “marchers” loosely, because apparently Julias Malema rode in a van most of the way and faked a limp at the finishing line. Typical.

The day before the march I was discussing it with a friend of mine. I felt that whites should at all times be prepared for the worst in SA, because you can never trust these bastards and you can never, ever let your guard down as long as they are in your midst, especially when they go on mass marches and protests. However I also felt that this was not the big one yet.

My reasons were simple. I know the ANC and their tactics. They are cowards who will knife you in the back when you are looking the other way.

It is simply not their style to advertise their genocide campaign a month in advance. When it comes they won’t give whites the chance to organise and be ready for the onslaught. No, they will come like a thief in the night when the whites least expect it. Their plan can only work as long as they can keep it a secret and surprise the whites.

It will be almost like the Bloukrans/Weenen Massacre of 1838 where they caught the Voortrekkers asleep at night, raped and killed women and babies in the most gruesome ways.

Personally my belief about “Uhuru, night of the long knives” have changed over time. At first I thought that blacks won’t attack whites en masse in South Africa as they have done in Kenya or Angola. I thought that it would remain a myth in SA and that the ANC would rather stretch the “Long night out” over Uhuru Guru put it...In South Africa, every night is Kristalnacht for the whites.

But after I have read the black Marxist intellectual, Frantz Fanon’s “Wretched of the Earth” a few years ago, I have changed my mind. The book is the Bible of Anti-colonialism in Africa. Steve Biko was a disciple of Fanon. So was Nelson Mandela, Mugabe, and just about every black consciousness leader or Marxist terrorist in South Africa. Every ANC leader, from Oliver Tambo to Thabo Mbeki and every Black Panther leader have read “The Wretched of the Earth” and live/lived by its ideals.

It is only when you read that book that you get a glimpse into the mind of the psychopathic Marxist Black terrorists.

When you see how it drips with hatred for whites, how they look at us, what they think of us, then you will understand the futility of trying to appease them by building schools, hospitals or houses for them like we did during Apartheid. Then you understand the futility of trying to be a liberal idiot that Fanon called “whites with dual citizenship”...they want to support blacks, but at the same time remains white and living in white areas, driving white cars and dressing in white clothes.

In the mind of these blacks all whites have benefited from Colonialism/Apartheid and all are therefore guilty of oppressing blacks. When the slaughter comes there will be no discrimination between liberal or conservative whites. Your skin will be your uniform and to them having a white skin is wearing the uniform of the enemy.

You want to know what blacks think when they look at whites? Fanon writes:

“The gaze that the colonized subject casts at the colonist’s sector is a look of lust, a look of envy. Dreams of possession. Every type of possession: of sitting at the colonist’s table and sleeping in his bed, preferably with his wife. The colonized man is an envious man. The colonist is aware of this as he catches the furtive glance, and constantly on his guard, realizes bitterly that: “They want to take our place.” –Frantz Fanon –Wretched of the Earth (page 5)

To Fanon the only solution was gruesome violence…for blacks to be hacking to death whites with machetes.

Just the mere presence of whites makes blacks feel inferior and dehumanized. That feeling of inferiority and lack of humanity can only be eliminated through killing a white person, for by killing a white person two birds are killed with one stone; In one blow both the oppressor and the oppressed is eliminated; Leaving one man dead and the other man free.

The Black regains his humanity through the killing of the whites…or as Fanon puts it…

“Decolonization is truly the creation of new men. But such a creation cannot be attributed to a supernatural power: The “thing” colonized becomes a man through the very process of liberation.”

“ Looking at the immediacies of the colonial context, it is clear that what divides this world is first and foremost what species, what race one belongs to. …The cause is effect: You are rich, because you are white, you are white because you are rich.”

Liberal whites will do good to read “Wretched of the Earth”…

But let’s get back to Julias Malema’s march for “Economic Freedom”...Economic Uhuru...

As Fanon puts it...

“In the colonies the economic infrastructure is also a superstructure.”

“The colonist’s sector is a sector built to last, all stone and steel. It’s a sector of lights and paved roads, where the trash cans constantly overflow with strange and wonderful garbage, undreamed-of leftovers… The colonist’s sector is a white folks’ sector, a sector of foreigners.” [Look how whites are robbed of their citizenship simply because they are white. Mike Smith.]

“...this same violence will be vindicated and appropriated when, taking history into their own hands, the colonized swarm into the forbidden cities. To blow the colonial world to smithereens is henceforth a clear image within the grasp and imagination of every colonized subject. To dislocate the colonial world…To destroy the colonial world means nothing less than demolishing the colonist’s sector, burying it deep within the earth or banishing it from the territory.“

That is what is behind Julias Malema’s “Economic Freedom” and behind destruction of all whites and everything they have built up in South Africa...all their houses, all their factories, all their mines, all their banks, all their shops and all their restaurants... everything

Since 1994, Blacks have had more rights than whites in South Africa. They are totally free. Whites have given them the entire country, but they still feel “colonized” and “oppressed”.

There is nothing whites can do about it apart from killing themselves en masse; Committing collective Hari-kiri. No amount of reason, talk, appeasement, bribing, jobs, cake or anything will ever be good enough for these psycho Marxist Blacks. In their minds there can be no Freedom of any kind as long as a single white person still exists in South Africa.

The irony of it all is that these extreme racist blacks who are all disciples of Fanon and never have a shortage of thousands of followers have the audacity to accuse Whites of racism.

This Fanonistic uprising and mass murder or genocide of white South Africans is all these blacks think and dream about. It is constantly in the back of their minds when they hold these mass rallies and marches. Therefore we can never relax. We cannot let our guard slip, not even for one second.

Uhuru is not a fantasy of is the fantasy of blacks. It is their psycho perverse dream...that day that they will be killing the white man, take his possessions and sleep in his bed with his wife.

As I have said many times before, personally I think Uhuru or the so called “Night of the long knives” will come during the day. At least it will start during the day. If I was the ANC, that is how I would have done it.

The popular belief amongst whites is that it will come during the night as Nicholaas “Siener”van Rensburg apparently predicted. So let them believe it.

In the past we have seen mass demonstrations ten times worse than the ANCYL the last two days. These demos were organised by Cosatu, the storm troopers of the ANC. They blocked off National and main roads in and around major cities such as Johannesburg and Pretoria. These were all training exercises in my eyes. All of it was carried out during the day.

During the day, white men and women are at work at different places. Children are at school. Families are completely split up during the day.

Imagine all roads blocked, no cell-phones or all networks overloaded, total chaos as people are trying to find their loved ones before they flee the hordes of machete wielding blacks...

That night the “Night of the long knives” will be carried out. That is when the mass rapes and killing of whites by the black hordes will be carried out. That will be their Fanonistic uprising...they have been planning it since 1960 at least.

I urge all whites to have contingency plans in place for whenever something like this happens. To have communication backup. To have meeting points and rally points in order to find each other. To study the road maps and city plans and plan routes of escape. Don’t be caught unawares. The first hours will be critical. Speed of reaction is of utmost importance.

And prepare yourself mentally to leave some loved ones behind if you have save the rest of your family...and don’t worry about the cats and the dogs, they will be fine. The blacks are not after them. They are after YOU.

The biggest mistake you can make is to believe Uhuru will never happen. Every day there are new disciples of Frantz Fanon. Julias Malema is one.

Juju jets off to R10m party with the rich

JUST two hours after leading thousands of desperately poor people on a march for "economic freedom" on Friday, Julius Malema jetted out of Johannesburg for an all-expenses-paid weekend of booze, parties and luxury at a R10-million wedding in Mauritius.

Malema couldn't get away from the masses fast enough. He was whisked away in a blue-light convoy to catch a business class flight to party it up at the five-star resort.

On Friday, once Malema was seated on board the Air Mauritius aircraft, the pilot announced: "Please welcome Mr Julius Malema, president of the ANC Youth League, on board."
When the flight landed at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, Malema was picked up from the aircraft in a private vehicle and shuttled to the terminal.
He later checked into the exclusive five-star Long Beach resort, where rates start at R4648 a night for a beach-facing room and go up to R14 784 for a suite.
